A very excited and grateful Rosaria Goza expressed her thanks to the SAICE team after receiving the news that she is the latest winner of our Know Your Sector Competition. “I am so excited, I cannot believe it – I have never won such competitions in my life. I read the email over and over again throughout the day just to confirm it was still there and that I was indeed still the winner,” she told Civil Engineering . The recent University of Pretoria graduate says she chose her profession because it provides her with the opportunity to be creative, provided her designs are within the limits allowed by the design manuals. In her free time Rosaria enjoys jogging, chess and reading engineering maga- zines, which is how she came to enter the Know Your Sector Competition.
