This neces- sitated the construction of a flow and pressure-controlled cross feed from one rising main to the other to maintain the supply to the affected area. The new electrical building houses new medium voltage switchgear, transformers and an MCC room. The old electrical building was demolished to make way for a new generator building to house the two existing and two new diesel-powered generators.
