CUSTOMER DATA PROTECTION POLICY:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders are in every case subject to these terms and conditions.
WEBSITE:
Our website will be 3D secured. We confirm that we will not cancel this security on the website. We understand and accept that we will be held responsible should our security be breached and that we are liable for charge backs.
In terms of the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act 4 of 2013, any information collected by SAICE from users of this site shall not be revealed or disclosed to third parties unless the user’s prior written consent thereto is obtained, unless permitted or required to do so by law.
The users hereby agree that SAICE may communicate from time to time with them.
BOOKS AND TRAINING MATERIAL: RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
If a product is damaged at the time of delivery or incorrectly supplied to you, you must notify us within 21 days of dispatch of the items. We will arrange for our courier to collect the product and we will pay for the return shipping. We will replace the product with another copy of the same product, and will courier or mail it to you free of charge.
If another copy of the same product is not available, SAICE will refund the full amount of the purchase price.
If you select the option to have your book(s) delivered using the local Post Office or International Airmail services, rather than using our designated couriers, SAICE cannot be held responsible if your book(s) go missing or the delivery period is longer than anticipated. SAICE is not obligated to replace or refund the order in those circumstances.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
You have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of placing it. SAICE will refund credit card payments after the funds have been cleared by the relevant bank.
Once SAICE receives your returned item, you will be refunded as soon as SAICE has verified that everything is in order.
You will however, be liable to pay the costs to return the book(s).
PRICING:
The pricing of each product is displayed with the product listing in South African Rands.
Delivery charges differ depending on a variety of factors, including product type, price, weight, as well as whether delivery is to be made within, or outside the borders of South Africa.
IMPORT/EXPORT DUTIES:
Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods in foreign countries and are for the account of the importing customer. Each customer is responsible for determining whether any such levies are payable, and if so, the amount thereof.
SEVERABILITY:
If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition or term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
JURISDICTION:
By accessing this site, the user consents to the South African law and the jurisdiction of the South African Courts governing any action that may arise in respect of the user’s use of this site.
SAICE respects the laws of the country and as such encourages full adherence at all times.
