SAICE and the e-CLOUD Construction Network are pleased to introduce the digital version of the GCC 4th Ed. (2025) digital Agreement – now available through the ‘SAICE Channel (GCC Agreements)’ on the e-CLOUD Construction Network.
You have the option of acquiring your GCC Agreement documents online by selecting one of the following options:
Basic Suite
Ideal for users who prefer quick and easy online purchasing without registering for the Pro Suite. The Basic Suite allows secure debit or credit card payment and provides email delivery with printing functionality.
Pro Suite
Designed for enhanced productivity, the Pro Suite offers advanced tools and functionality to support efficient use and management of the GCC documents.

However, the major facilities are:
- “Online Cloud Storage”
GCC Documents purchased are stored online per Project. Project Documents purchased on other Pro Suite Channels, e.g. PROCSA, will also be saved under the same Project name. This keeps your Documents safe and convenient for future use. - “New Project Details” can be set up and saved for each of your new Projects. Once your Project details are set up, they are automatically imported into any Document you purchase, either on the ‘SAICE (GCC Agreements) Channel’ or on any other Pro Suite Document Access Service Channel.
- “One-stop Credits Purchase” a facility where you can purchase “credits” in bulk so that every-time you purchase an individual Document, the price of the Document is deducted from your company’s ‘credit bank’. You don’t need to do a credit card transaction for every Document you purchase. You can purchase credits with credit/debit cards, bank transfer and EFT.
